Salvation Affirmations didn't start out being the
key part of the "I Witness Now"
program. It was only after seeing the effect they
had on readers and realizing that I myself felt very
uncomfortable approaching strangers and striking up
a conversation about God, salvation and the fate of
someone else's soul that I saw their true power. |
|
Here's what I originally thought
was the power of the Salvation Affirmations books and
CD's... |
|
I thought they
gave you the meaning of what Jesus Christ wants you to
learn from the New Testament and made you feel like YOU
were a part of the picture. I felt they made YOU feel like
an "action figure" within the Bible's verses, enabling
Jesus to reveal His true mission for you. |
|
It seemed that instead of struggling trying
to figure out what Bible verses mean, you'd be able to read what the
verses actually mean in simplified terms and they would
inspire a whole new way of communicating with and establishing a more
meaningful relationship with Christ. |
|
Salvation Affirmations delivers
all of those things but here's what seems to be their REAL
STRENGTH... |
|
Helping those among us (myself
included) that I call "closet Christians" to spread the
Word of Jesus Christ throughout the world WITHOUT training
or experience. |
|
My definition of a "closet Christian" is someone who
strongly believes in Christ as their Lord and Savior
and knows they SHOULD be actively trying to help
others find Jesus BUT feel uncomfortable and/or
unqualified to bring up the subject for discussion
among strangers. The REAL STRENGTH of Salvation
Affirmations is their use as a conversation starter
or "Witnessing Tool"! Anyone can use them to help
spread His Word to those in spiritual need. |
